If you haven't received your first issue within 6 weeks of your subscription request...
Please call (800-441-1666) or e-mail (triathlete@pcspublink.com) our subscription department. We will be able to tell you which issue will be your first and when you will receive it.

If you are receiving duplicate copies...
Please call (800-441-1666) or e-mail (triathlete@pcspublink.com) our subscription department with the name and complete mailing address from both mailing labels.

If an issue is missing...
Please call or email our subscription department with the month of the missing issue. We will either mail you a replacement or extend your subscription.

Billing...
Bills are sent monthly. The billing cycle can take 6 weeks or more. If you receive 2 consecutive bills after sending your payment, please write us and include a copy of your mailing label with your letter.

Address changes...
To guarantee uninterrupted subscription service, notify us of your address change 60 days in advance.
